Your first visit will involve a comprehensive head, neck and oral evaluation, including the following:

• Comprehensive Medical Review
• Digital X-Rays (intra oral and panoramic)
• Photographs
• Periodontal Hard and Soft Tissue Assessment
• Examination of Teeth & Assessment of Teeth and Jaw Function

Upon the completion of your examination and review of the collected data, a customized treatment plan will be formulated by our team and presented to you.

Our staff is happy to discuss insurance and financial arrangements.
